Decree No. 14 of the Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy and Cartography on land valuation.

This Decree establishes the modalities of valuation of the plots of land recorded in the state land cadastre and access to information therein. The register of land prices is an integral part of the state land cadastre and contains data regarding the price of the plots of land fixed at the moment of transaction. Data regarding valuation of the plots of land shall contain: (a) cadastre number; (b) geographic denomination; (c) address; (d) purposeful use; (e) area; (f) price; (g) rent and the modalities of payment thereof; (h) period of rent; (i) date of the conclusion of contract, its period of validity and the registration date; (j) information on compliance of the price of the plot of land to the average market prices for this locality. Information on the prices of the plots of land shall be issued in electronic format or on paper within 10 days form the date of request.
