Decree No. 15 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating the Regulation on coordination of applications for issuance of licence for import and export of commodities.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of coordination by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of applications for issuance of licence for import and export of commodities, including agricultural commodities, animal products, grains, cereals, oilseeds and textile plants. Application shall be submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and shall be coordinated by the competent department (Food Department, Grain Department, Plant Protection Department and Stockbreeding Department). Import and export licence shall be issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food prior approval by the competent department concerned.
