Decree No. 15 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on methods of calculation of emissions of pollutants to the atmospheric air.

This Decree establishes methods of calculation and analysis of emissions of pollutants to the atmospheric air from industrial production sites and technological processes related to manufacturing of paintwork materials. The amount of emissions calculated in accordance with the present Decree shall be used for the calculation of environmental fees. The Decree shall be compulsory for all legal and natural persons operating on the national territory. Damage caused to the atmosphere by emissions of paintwork industry shall be calculated on the basis of gross emission of pollutants in the process of application of paintwork materials. Environmental fees shall be calculated for each substance in accordance with hazardousness class thereof calculated per tonne of emissions.
