Decree No. 16 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating the Instruction on financing out of national budget agricultural production, fishfarming and processing of agricultural commodities.

This Decree establishes the modalities of financing out of national budget of agricultural production, fishfarming and processing of agricultural commodities. In particular, finances shall be allocated for plant variety testing for patentability criteria, animal disease control measures, plant protection against pests, diseases and weeds, purchase of fertilizers and pesticides, and purchase of fish feedstuffs.
