Abstract
This Decree establishes that transportation of captured wild fauna species must be performed in specially equipped closed ventilated containers with consideration of physiological needs of wild animals of feedstuffs, water and temperature conditions. Mammals must be transported separately. Transportation shall be authorized in the presence of capture permit and veterinary certificate. Captive breeding conditions must ensure biological, specific and individual needs and prevent autonomous exit out of enclosures and cages.
