Decree No. 17 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating the Regulation on issuance of quality certificates for grain, flour and cereals destined for import and export.

This Decree sets forth the modalities of issuance of quality certificates for grain, flour and cereals destined for import and export with a view of establishing state supervision and control over lots of grain destined for import and export for the purpose of prevention of supply to consumers of poor quality or non-complying with quality requirements produce. Quality certificates shall be issued by the national institution "State grain inspection".
