Decree No. 17 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the accompanying form for the transportation of industrial waste.

The accompanying form for the transportation of industrial waste shall be drawn up in four copies by the industrial waste owner and shall be signed jointly by the owner and by the transporter of waste. The waste owner shall retain a signed copy of the accompanying form and shall hand over the three of them to the transporter. The recipient of waste shall sign and date the document, shall retain a copy thereof, handing over two of the remaining copies to the transporter, which must hand over one of them to the waste owner. The industrial waste shall be classified according to the National Waste Classifier.
