Decree No. 17 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on non-domestic waste inventory.

This Decree establishes the modalities of non-domestic waste inventory, i.e. activity for assessment of qualitative and quantitative indices of non-domestic waste with a view of registration of waste and setting rates of non-domestic waste formation. Accentance, storage, stockpiling, packing and unpacking, transportation within production site of raw materials and produce causing waste formation, packaging materials shall be taken into consideration for non-domestic waste inventory. Non-domestic waste inventory shall be performed no less than once in five year within time period established by the organization.
