Abstract
This Decree establishes that elaboration of projects of water conservation zones and coastal belts envisages preparatory activity (planning and mapping), data collection on hydrological characteristics of surface waterbody, activity on location (land reclamation and planting of protection forests), analysis and generalization of data processing.
