Abstract
This Decree validates Sanitary rules and regulations “Requirements for nutrition of the population: rates of physiological need of energy and nutrient materials for different groups of the population”. It shall be applicable to planning of manufacturing and consumption of foodstuffs, assessment of food reserves, planning feeding of the population, elaboration of average daily consumption of foodstuffs and assessment of actual nutrition of the population. Rates of physiological need of energy and nutrient materials for nursing mothers shall be considered additional needs corresponding to physical activity and age of women.
