Abstract
This Decree establishes terms and conditions of registration of natural gas and general technical requirements of gas metering and registration equipment and devices. Unit of measure for natural gas in the process of transportation, distribution, storage, supply and consumption of natural gas shall be cubic meter. Calculation and registration of natural gas shall be performed by means of natural gas metering devices. Calculation of natural gas losses shall be performed in compliance with the instruction on calculation of rates of losses of natural gas.
