Decree No. 20 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food amending Decree No. 29 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating Veterinary and Sanitary Regulation on combating trichinellosis of swine and Decree No. 20 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating Veterinary and Sanitary Regulation for prophylaxis and liquidation of enzootic encephalomyelitis of swine (Teschen disease).

Amendment to Decree No. 29 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating Veterinary and Sanitary Regulation on combating trichinellosis of swine introduces special preventive arrangements ensuring that animals do not eat by swine of pig farms (complexes) and fur-bearing animals of fur farms of the carcasses of dead rodents. Amendments to the Decree No. 20 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating Veterinary and Sanitary Regulation for prophylaxis and liquidation of enzootic encephalomyelitis of swine (Teschen disease) regard application of quarantine in case of identification of enzootic encephalomyelitis of swine (Teschen disease), including prohibition of transfer and transportation of swine, transportation of non-disinfected products of swine slaughtering, transportation of feedstuffs and equipment, re-grouping of swine within pig farm, slaughtering of swine, trade of live swine and raw meat products of swine slaughtering.
