Decree No. 20 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on issuance of authorization for special water use.

This Decree validates the form of application for issuance of authorization for special water use (Annex 1), for of application for issuance of authorization for groundwater abstraction (Annex 2), the for of expert opinion on the possibility of abstraction of requested amount of groundwater (Annex 3) and register of issued authorizations for special water use (Annex 4). Special water use envisages abstraction and supply of freshwater and mineral water.
