Decree No. 21 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection on disposal of industrial waste.

The present Decree regards issuing, suspension, cancellation of permits for disposal of industrial waste. The owner of industrial waste in the authorized places according to permits issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. Unavailability of the recycling equipment at the enterprise producing industrial waste is the condition for granting the permit for disposal of industrial waste. Request of permit is compulsory in the following cases: (a) burial of industrial waste; (b) storage of industrial waste for the period exceeding fifteen days. Permit is valid for all types of industrial waste. Annex 1 contains the application form for issuing permits.
