Decree No. 21 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on water uses.

This Decree sets forth the requirements for elaboration of technological rates of water supply for different economic activities and criteria contained in Attachment 1. Technological rates for water management shall be set and substantiated for production and non-production needs of businesses and industrial enterprises, and communal needs and potable water supply to the population. Calculation of rates of water supply and water uses shall take into consideration of consumptive water use and water losses, and recycling water. Techological rates of water supply and water use shall be subject to revision once in five years.
