Decree No. 213 of the Ministry of Public Health validating Sanitary rules and regulations “Requirements for radiation safety” and “Assessment criteria of radiation impact”.

This Decree validates Sanitary rules and regulations “Requirements for radiation safety” and “Assessment criteria of radiation impact” applicable for ensuring safety of human beings and protection of human health against impact of ionizing radiation. It contains calculation formula for radiation impact. The following three types of situations shall be envisaged to the purpose of this Decree: (a) planned radiation; (b) emergency radiation; and (c) existing radiation. Categories subject to radiation shall be classified as follows: (a) staff; and (b) population.
