Decree No. 238 of the Council of Ministers validating the Regulation on the procedure for financing the costs of forestry and hunting management.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for financing forestry and hunting management by legal persons due to payments for forest uses and the amount of interest (late payment charges) paid by forest users for granting by legal entities of a deferment on carrying out of timber extraction and (or) logging, for not extracted and (or) not logged in due time; the proceeds from the management of the hunting economy shall be revenue receipts from organization of hunting tours, from rendering services of hunting complexes, including foreign tourism, organization of excursions to cages for keeping wild animals, from eco-tourism, payment of hunting authorization and permits, and other revenue receipts from hunting management. Revenue receipts shall be used for financing of the following activities: (a) state forestry and hunting management; (b) logistics; (c) biotechnological measures and organization of hunting; and (d) forest monitoring and forest inventory.
