Decree No. 27 of the Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy and Cartography validating the Instruction on price of land plots registered in state land cadastre and access to information of state land cadastre.

This Decree establishes price formation on land plots registered in state land cadastre and regulates access to information of state land cadastre. Register of land prices shall be an integral part of state land cadastre and shall contain data on the prices of land plots and immovable property. land plots data shall include: (a) cadastre number of a land plot; (b) geographic code; (c) address; (d) purposeful use; (e) area; (f) amount of rent and terms and conditions of payment thereof; (g) lease period; (h) legal status; (i) date of conclusion and registration of land contract; and (j) information on compliance of land price with average market land price.
