Decree No. 29 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Instruction on some issues of registration of renewable energy sources.

This Decree regulates some issues of keeping state register of renewable energy sources and administration of information and data contained in state register of renewable energy sources. State register of renewable energy sources shall contain the following information and data: (a) equipment and location of renewable energy sources beginning from 2012; (b) producers of renewable energy; (c) technical documentation on best available methods and practices in the sphere of renewable energy; (d) generating capacity of equipment producing renewable energy; (e) trade of electric and (or) thermal energy generated by renewable energy sources; and (f) reduction of pollutants and greenhouse gases to the atmospheric air.
