Decree No. 3 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating the Regulation on utilization of financing out of the national budget for promotion of agricultural production, fishfarming and processing of agricultural commodities.

This Decree establishes the modalities of utilization of financing out of the national budget for promotion of agricultural production, fishfarming and processing of agricultural commodities. Manager of special fund set up for such purpose shall be the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Public financing shall be allocated for state programs of agricultural development, including agricultural research and science, subsistence farming and peasant farms, lime application to fishfarming ponds and public support of agricultural fishfarming enterprises.
