Decree No. 3 of the Ministry of Forestry validating the Regulation on monitoring arrangements for registration of wild fauna species subject to hunting.

This Decree establishes the modalities of performance of monitoring arrangements for registration of wild fauna species subject to hunting either recorded in the public fund of hunting areas or not included therein, but being natural habitat of wild fauna species. Monitoring arrangements shall be composed of three stages: (a) preparatory (planning and organization); (b) principal stage; and (c) final stage (legalization of the outcome). Monitoring arrangements shall cover annually no less than 30 hunting managers and hunting enterprises.
