Decree No. 3 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection “On determining the locations and conditions of commercial fishing of eel without complying with the fish size in fishing areas in 2020.”

This Decree establishes that commercial fishing of eel without complying with the fish size shall be authorized from 1 April to 30 May 2020 in the province of Minsk and from 10 April to 8 June 2020 in the province of Vitebsk by stationary traps in the waterways according to the list contained in the Annex 1; by portable traps with a mesh of at least 16 millimeters: in the water area of waterbodies within a radius of no more than 250 meters from their inflow points, source watercourses or connections to other waterbodies in accordance with the list contained in the Annex 2; and in watercourses as listed in the Annex 3.
