Abstract
This Decree establishes the modalities of demarcation, restoration and determination of the boundaries of land plots and legalization thereof. It shall be compulsory for land tenants, landowners, lessees and organizations and individual entrepreneurs carrying out land survey practices. The establishment of lands plot boundaries shall be compulsory preliminary condition for land allotment. The scope of mapping of land boundaries shall be to ensure: (a) indisputable delimitation of the boundaries of land plots; (b) accurate land registration; (c) indisputable restoration of the boundaries of land plots in case of loss (destruction) of landmarks and boundary lines; (d) state control over purposeful and rational land tenure; (e) reliability of payment of the land charges; and (f) correct legal and technical registration of land boundaries.
