Abstract
This Decree sets forth the procedure for issuance of authorization for performance of international scientific research related to the state of public health in the Republic of Belarus. The scope of the aforesaid scientific research shall be improvement of public health based upon examination and analysis of the results of research related to the actual state of public health, elaboration of fundamental research and ensuring uniformity of research and practice. Authorization shall be issued upon submittal to the Ministry of Public Health of cooperation contract between national and foreign institutions. Annex 1 contains form sheet of authorization.
