Decree No. 311 of the Council of Ministers “On application of navigation devices (seals).

The Prime Minister, for the purpose of application of navigation devices (seals) on the national territory and with a view of prevention of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), decrees that transit transportation of commodities by motor vehicles shall be authorized exclusively on condition of application of navigation devices (seals) on cargo compartment (section) for the purpose of ensuring traceability (monitoring) of commodities. Removal of navigation devices (seals) shall be performed at the moment of exit of motor vehicles from the national territory.
