Abstract
This Decree validates Sanitary and veterinary rules “Prophylaxis and liquidation of tuberculosis, disease common to animals and human beings”. Tuberculosis is chronic infectious disease common to animals, poultry (birds) and human beings. Local government shall impose quarantine on territories worst affected by tuberculosis and shall be applicable anti-tuberculosis arrangements. Sanitary arrangements shall be carried out by means of the systematic diagnostic research, simultaneous substitution of the livestock of the infected farm, express bringing into a healthy state (in case of the marginal spreading of the disease). The principal method of ante mortem diagnostics of tuberculosis shall be intracutaneous tuberculin test. In order to perform thereof clean tuberculin shall be used for mammals and poultry.

This Decree enters into force 15 days after the date of its official publication.
