Decree No. 313 of the Council of Ministers validating the procedure for developing and approving marsh management plans.

This Decree enters establishes the procedure for development and approval of marsh management plans. The development of a draft marsh management plan shall be performed by local executive and regulatory body. A draft marsh management plan shall be developed by a scientific organization, doing research in the field of functioning of marsh (wetlands) ecological systems. Marsh management plan must contain the following information and data: (a) scope and tasks, period of implementation; and (b) arrangements for protection and use of wetlands.
