Decree No. 32 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection regarding some issues of removal of endangered and protected animal and plant species registered in the Red Book of Belarus from their natural environment.

Abstract
For the purpose of the present Decree removal from natural environment shall be considered collection of wild growing plants and hunting and capture of wild animals. This Decree establishes that removal of endangered and protected animal and plant species registered in the Red Book of Belarus from their natural environment shall be carried out state legal persons for research, cultural and educational purposes in accordance with authorization. Removal of the aforesaid animal and plant species without authorization shall be allowed for assistance thereto in case of disease, injury, danger of death caused by natural disasters and other factors. Natural persons that have removed wild animals from their natural habitats shall transfer them to the local body of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection within two days from the removal date. The aforesaid authorization shall be issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection on the grounds of the conclusion of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
