Abstract
This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation of expenditure for re-sowing of crops destroyed by insurable event inserted in the list of agricultural crops subject to mandatory insurance. Calculation of expenditure shall be based upon inspection report related to destroyed sowing area. Calculation of expenditure must comply with currently applicable insurance rates.
