Decree No. 36 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating the Instruction on price regulation in the process of purchase of agricultural commodities for public needs.

This Decree establishes the modalities of price regulation in the process of purchase of agricultural commodities for public needs and it shall be applicable to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs manufacturing agricultural commodities and supplying thereof for public needs. Price regulation shall be performed within the framework of minimum rates of prices for crop products and animal products inserted in the national and provincial lists of produce destined for public needs.
