Abstract
This Decree establishes the modalities of operation of state bodies subordinated to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection forecasting quality of the atmospheric air, announcing warning notice related to adverse weather conditions and cancelling such warning notice, regulating emissions of pollutants to the atmospheric air, and also sets forth general requirements for elaboration, preparation of documentation and contents of arrangements for reduction of emissions of pollutants to the atmospheric air.
