Decree No. 4 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection amending Decree No. 9 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Instruction on the modalities of performance of local environmental monitoring by legal persons performing economic and other activities causing negative environmental impact, including ecologically hazardous activities.

Item 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In the process of performance of local environmental monitoring nature managers must be in possession of: (a) map of sources of negative environmental impact with indication of location of environmental monitoring observation points; (b) scheduled plan of observations; (c) data related to laboratory authorized to collect samples and perform measurements with a copy of accrediting certificate; and (d) records of measurements and sample collection reports”.
