Decree No. 40 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food “On some issues of breeding, keeping and import of potentially dangerous dog species and training of their owners.

This Decree validates the list of potentially dangerous dog species, including hunting dogs, which can be imported to the national territory exclusively prior issuance of authorization by Chief veterinary inspection and in the presence of certificate of completion of training session related to keeping and breeding of such dogs by their owners.
