Abstract
This Decree determines the modalities of capture, transportation, slaughtering and disinfection automotive vehicles for the prevention of infection of human beings engaged in the aforesaid processes. It shall be applicable to poultry processing enterprises and organizations and also to subsidiary smallholding of the citizens. The scope of the Decree shall be to break in epizootic and epidemiological circuit through impact upon disease transmission- and disease-producing factors. Capture of poultry destined for slaughtering shall be carried out by the authorized and protected personnel after aerosol disinfection. Poultry shall be visually inspected in the process and after capture. Poultry suspected to be ill and/or infected shall be isolated and slaughtered at sanitary abattoirs.
