Decree No. 42 of the Ministry of Forestry validating the Regulation on forest management and forestry on territories adjacent state border.

This Decree establishes the particulars of forest management and forestry on territories adjacent state border at a distance of 5 kilometers from technical watchtowers. Timber extraction shall be performed in accordance with the following modalities: main use felling, intermediate felling and other types of felling shall be performed along state border and at a distance of 5 kilometers from technical watchtowers. Major attention shall be paid to conservation of young growth.
