Abstract
This Decree sets forth mandatory rules and regulations for ensuring radiation safety in the process of collection and trade of scrap metal. In particular the provisions shall be applicable for collection, storage and transportation of scrap metal. Radiation check shall be performed in the form of acceptance test and control of lots of scrap metal destined for shipping and trade.
