Abstract
This Decree establishes the modalities of setting maximum permissible limits of emissions of pollutants (steam-and-gas mixture) to the atmospheric air by stationary and non-stationary sources calculated per time unit (tons annually, grams in a second). Permissible rates shall be substantiated and air protection arrangements shall be elaborated and validated with a view of air pollution reduction. The Decree contains calculation formula for maximum permissible limits of emissions and air pollution levels.
