Abstract
This Decree establishes the modalities of allotment of fishing areas of reserve stock on lease through auction sale. The aforesaid auction sale shall be organized and conducted by local government bodies. The form (tender or auction sale) shall be also established by local government. Auction sale shall be conducted in the presence of two or more applicants, data related to applicants shall not be disclosed.
