Decree No. 454 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating Regulation on tenders for lease of hunting grounds, calculation of payment for the conclusion of lease contracts and rent for hunting grounds, and also model forms of hunting documents.

This Decree validates: (a) model form of lease of hunting grounds (Annex 1); (b) model form of hunting contract in case of refusal of game, or part of game, by hunter (Annex 2); (c) minimum marginal cost of hunting permit and hunting authorization (Annex 3) and (d) minimum marginal cost of wildlife trophies (Annex 4). Regulation on tenders for lease of hunting grounds, calculation of payment for the conclusion of lease contracts and rent for hunting grounds establishes the modalities of organization and conduct of tenders for lease of reserve hunting fund, establishing boundaries of hunting grounds and hunting area. The form of tender shall be established by the provincial executive body. It also establishes terms and conditions of tender, legalization of the outcome of tender, payment settlement and conclusion of lease contracts.
