Decree No. 46 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating the Regulation on register of the producers of seeds of agricultural crops.

This Decree establishes the modalities of keeping state register of the producers of seeds of agricultural crops by Chief state seed growing, quarantine and plant protection inspection. The aforesaid register shall be unified database containing data related to producers of original and elite seeds of agricultural crops with a view of centralized registration and classification of data and granting access to information related to producers of seeds of agricultural crops. Data contained in the register shall be displayed on the official website of Chief state seed growing, quarantine and plant protection inspection.
