Decree No. 46 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating form sheets related to removal or replanting of vegetation in urban areas.

This Decree validates the following form sheets related to removal or replanting of vegetation in urban areas: (a) expert opinion on flora species (Annex 2); (b) list of flora species subject to planned removal or re-planting (Annex 3); (c) authorization for removal of flora species in urban areas (Annex 4); (d) authorization for re-planting of flora species in urban areas (Annex 5); (e) register of authorizations for removal of flora species (Annex 6); and (f) register of authorizations for re-planting of flora species in urban areas (Annex 7).
