Decree No. 481 of the Council of Ministers validating the Regulation “On licensing of export of some types of timber.”

The Council of Ministers decrees that export from the Republic of Belarus outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union of certain types of timber, classified by codes 4403, 4404 of the uniform commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, originating from the territory of the Republic of Belarus, shall be performed in accordance with general or a once-only licenses issued by the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade in coordination with the Ministry of Forestry.
