Abstract
This Decree sets forth the modalities of testing of plant protection means and fertilizers subject to state registration with a view of identification compliance thereof with safety requirements for human health and environment, and also biological and economic efficiency thereof. Testing shall include state hygienic regulation with subsequent issuance of hygienic expertise report and certificate of state hygienic registration. Testing plan shall be subject to approval by Chief state seed growing, quarantine and plant protection inspection.
