Abstract
This Veterinary and Sanitary Regulation establishes that legal entities, natural persons, including individual entrepreneurs performing manufacturing, procurement and storage of feedstuffs and fodder additives on the national territory must be in possession of: (a) plans for the allocation of production, auxiliary and utility premises; (b) schemes for the installation of processing (technological) equipment; and (c) routes for the movement of raw materials, feedstuffs and feed fodder additives, and waste. Feedstuffs and fodder additives not complying with veterinary and sanitary requirements and not certified by the accompanying documentation shall be subject to disposal or destruction without laboratory examination (testing) or shall be returned to the consignor (exporter). All incoming raw materials, auxiliary and packaging materials, procured and manufactured feedstuffs and fodder additives must comply with mandatory technical regulatory legal acts, including technical regulation and standardization. All stages of the processes of acceptance, storage and processing of raw materials, manufacturing of feedstuffs and fodder additives should be performed under conditions that ensure their protection from pollution and spoilage, prevention of penetration thereto of extraneous waste and substances.
