Decree No. 50 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on safety requirements for closed-circuit systems in the process of performance of first level risk work with GMO.

This Decree sets forth safety requirements for closed-circuit systems in the process of performance of first level risk work with GMO with a view of prevention of leakage thereof to natural environment. Edifices and facilities performing work with GMO must be located at a distance of at least 300 meters from nurseries, greenhouses, fields with similar growing plants. Legal persons and individual entrepreneurs must ensure application of safety instructions and conduct safety-related briefings with the staff.
