Abstract
This Decree establishes that sweep nets shall be used for catch of coastal pelagic fishes and bottom fishes if it is possible to use such fishing gear. Nets and trapnets shall be used for catch of pelagic fishes and seasonal migratory fishes and for catch in fishing areas unsuitable for use of sweep nets. Trawl line shall be used for catch of crepuscular and slow-moving fishes. Quantity of authorized fishing gear is specified in attachment.
