Abstract
This Decree sets forth the procedure for risk assessment of possible harmful environmental impact of GMO, the degree of hazardousness and determination of methods for risk prevention and control of the situation. Risk assessment shall be performed by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs performing GMO-related activities and by experts in cases envisaged by acting legislation. Risk assessment shall be performed by research and analysis of identification data of GMO e of the projected uses thereof.
