Abstract
This Decree establishes the modalities of performance of technical arrangements related to inspection of areas under crops, assessment of quality of seeds and planting material, plants species subject to quarantine inspection, and inspection of organizations in relation of plant protection means. The scope of the aforesaid arrangement shall be to verify compliance of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs performing activities in the sphere of seed growing and plant protection means with the provisions of acting legislation.
