Decree No. 62 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on management of equipment and waste containing polychlorinated biphenyls.

This Decree establishes the modalities of management of equipment and waste containing polychlorinated biphenyls, including identification, labelling and registration, requirements for storage and transportation of waste and safety of working conditions. Owners of equipment and waste containing polychlorinated biphenyls must ensure ecologically safe storage of equipment and waste and, in case of leakage or spill of polychlorinated biphenyls, timely inform territorial bodies of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and territorial bodies of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the accident and ensure mitigation of the consequences thereof.
