Abstract
This Decree establishes hygienic requirements for quality and safety of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs. Manufacturing and trade on the national territory of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs non-complying with hygienic requirements set forth by this Decree shall be prohibited. Alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs subject to export shall comply with food safety requirements set forth by the importing country. Expiry date shall be established by the producer that must specify storage terms and conditions. Alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs non-complying with safety requirements can be recycled. Safety of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs shall be determined by contents of potentially hazardous chemicals, radionuclides and microorganisms contained therein.
